I worked full time with Sabin Howard on The World War 1 National monument sculpture. It is a 58’ bronze relief that will be placed in Pershing park, Washington D.C. almost 100 yards from the White House in the Fall of 2024. It all started in 2016 after I emailed Sabin asking if he wanted a studio assistant. I then started working part time both modeling and blocking out the concept drawings for the World War I Memorial. When the Covid19 Pandemic interrupted schools in early 2020 and classes moved online, I started working full time in the Studio as a model, and quickly transitioned into sculpting full time. This was the experience and project of a lifetime and it was an honor to be part of such a historic sculpture.
